Terms of service

1. Who. These terms are between you and artefaktum.dev (“we”). Contact: support@artefaktum.dev.
2. The service. Artefaktum stores files (“artifacts”) with metadata and lets software agents find and retrieve them through an API, an MCP endpoint and a web console. The service is pre-release: features may change or be removed, and we give no availability guarantee.
3. Your account. You must keep your API keys secret and are responsible for what is done with them. Sign-in is provided by Clerk under its own terms.
4. Your content. You own your artifacts. You grant us the right to store, index and serve them only to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no malware, no attempts to access other tenants’ data, no use that disrupts the service. We may suspend accounts that break this.
6. Fees. The service is free during pre-release. Paid plans, if introduced, will be announced with notice and will not apply to you until you accept them.
7. Termination. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your artifacts. We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice, and without notice where required by law or to protect the service.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
10. Changes. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
